We had our windows installed on Friday Oct. 26. The job was done and completed on time. Your installers where the best we have ever worked with. Not only were they very good at what they did but were very polite and kept us informed at all times. They made sure that we were asked about any and all problems which we all had a voice in as to how to fix and continue. A final walk-through of the job was great.. The windows were to a point that both my wife and said these men did an outstanding job. These gentleman are welcome back to do any work that many come up in the future. By the way, when will American Vision Windows start doing bathrooms? We have one that needs work.

Company rep, Don Adams came out, measured all fifteen windows in my house, explained all the options available to me and based on my decisions, offered me an estimate. I had done my homework, so I knew the quality of window was top notch and the price was good. All windows are double-paned, have a slight tint, filled with a gas, very strong and have the highest rating for burglar resistance. I was having every window in my house replaced (15 total). The old windows let the heat out in winter and the heat in in the summer. House was also subject to dust, drafts and noise due to old '50's era windows. After ordering new windows from American Vision Windows, I had a wait of about a month, as they were being made to order. The team that arrived to install them was polite, neat and very efficient. In less than 8 hours all the old ones were out, the new ones in. The crew kept things clean all along the way, and hauled away all the old windows. They made sure I understood care, cleaning and operation of the new windows, and left. The look, operation and efficiency of the new window are a 100% improvement over the old, and give my house a crisp, up to date look, as well as adding to the value. My experience with American Vision Windows was excellent, start to finish.

I had Anlin vinyl retrofit windows and a 12' sliding glass door installed in Nov. 2004. The representative was professional and thorough and offered a good price. He measured twice, and another person measured prior to installation. The work was not quite finished that same day, but the installers returned the next day and quickly finished up. The windows are beautiful and have been problem-free.

They prided themselves on their customer service. I'm happy to say that they have every right to be proud. We made an appointment with the salesman the next day. He gave us a quote that was honestly higher than we had planned to spend. (isn't everything?) But, the salesman made some deals for us and we found a price that we were comfortable with. They were great with the follow-ups from the status of our order to the appointment for installation. The team of 3 workers arrived on time on the scheduled day. They were very polite and professional. They worked quickly and kept the areas they were working on very clean. They answered all questions I had and were very detailed in their work. They showed me how all the windows worked and made sure we were satisfied with the job before they left. I'm happy to say, our windows look AMAZING.

From the no-pressure sales to the final installation. I would have to say that our overall experience was nothing short of great. If this list is going to work, we have to post the great as well as the bad. This company was great & had just what we needed.

Installed 4 windows. 2 of the 4 windows were considerable large windows. All windows were dual paned with argon gas for energy efficiency. Noise level from outside is noticeably very low. They make a great difference to the appearance of the front house. Definitely adds value to the home. Installers were on time, friendly and completed the job with in 3 hours. They made no mess and took my old aluminum frames for disposal.

Everything was done perfectly. They did the work the day of Christmas eve and were done in half a day. They (3-man crew) arrived in the morning and were finished up in the early afternoon, replacing all windows and two large patio doors in a 4-bedroom house. They replaced 10 windows and a sliding door in the back. The door has a locking mechanism. They were punctual and phenomenal. They were very fast. They got there at 11 am and were gone by 2:30 pm. They mounted the doors and sealed them. They cleaned the windows.

Remove and replace 6 windows and 1 sliding door. Haul away all debris and leave area clean. I was very happy with the overall performance of this company. They called when they said they would. The installers were extremely courteous and they left my home clean of all installation debris.

Removed old windows and replaced with new windows. Also replaced one bedroom window with a sliding glass door. Very satisfied with the overall experience. Entire job, including installation of a sliding glass door and electrical for lights completed on one day. They very methodically removed the old windows and replaced them with new windows. Any damage to the stucco was repaired before they left.

We interviewed four window companies and found american vision window, inc. To be the most knowledgeable. Their price was competitive with the other company who quoted us for the same brand vinyl windows. We are very happy with the crew who installed our windows. They were professional, respectful (they even took their shoes off when inside the house because we do not wear them while inside) and very clean. They removed every window but one without any breakage; the one window they had to break to remove was installed in a very weird way so they could not get it out without breaking it. (they covered the floor before breaking it and vacuumed with a high-powered vacuum after they cleaned up the floor covering.) The job took three days as 55 windows were replaced. When they were done with the job each day they cleaned up after themselves and neatly stacked their materials out of the way. They were very non-intrusive and very conscientious! We highly recommend them!

Excellent experience. We did a lot of research before narrowing down our choices to American Vision Windows and another company. We visited the showroom in Anaheim and talked with sales rep Tandia Johnson. She answered about a gazillion questions and showed us the various windows we could choose from. The showroom was great for us because we were able to examine the manufacturing quality (the 45 degree mitered corners are the big tip-off) and check the locks, railings and screens. We then went to another showroom, Home Depot and Lowe's and compared quality. The decision was easy - Anlin windows are far, far superior to anything else on the market. Tandia came to our home to measure and give us a quote. The price was exactly where we thought it should be. Also, Tandia was knowledgeble about the building code in our city and made sure we chose the correct window type to comply with the code. The installers were awesome: on-time, courteous, fast, clean and efficient.
