How To: Lock Your French Door
| Depending on configuration of your door, close in-active side (in this case it is the right panel that is usually closed), and pull up on handle to engage top and bottom locking pins, and lock dead bolt. |

| Right side panel is secure. |

| Repeat steps to secure left side panel, lifting up on handle to engage top and bottom locking pins, and locking dead bolt. Door is now secure. |
