Steps:
- Every installer will treat your home as if it were their own. What does this mean to you?
- We start by protecting the surrounding area of the window (inside and out).
- Prior to demolition, we re-measure the opening to ensure accurate measurement of your custom windows.
- Once the re-measure has been confirmed, we take every precaution to make sure the installer, your home and your family is safe. This includes securing the area and proper safety protection (glasses, gloves, etc.).
- Next, we remove and haul away your old windows, and install your new custom windows. We accomplish this by having one installer work from the outside or your home, one installer on the inside and a helper who removes any and all debris.
- After all of your new windows are installed, the Crew Chief will perform a complete walk through, which includes the following items.
- We will train you on how to operate your new windows/doors.
- Personally inspect each window and door to ensure the windows were installed to AAMA and Installation Master’s specifications.
- Confirm that the inside and outside window/door area of your home is cleaned to your satisfaction.
- Last but not least, you rate us. Our Crew Chief will hand you a survey which will allow you to rate our performance. We feel this is a very important part of the process as our number one goal is complete customer satisfaction. We are not happy, until you are happy.
