“Company rep, Don Adams came out, measured all fifteen aluminum windows in my house, explained all the options available to me and based on my decisions, offered me an estimate. I had done my homework, so I knew the window quality was top notch and the price was good. The windows are double pane, have a slight tint, are very strong and have the highest rating for burglar resistance. I was having every window in my home replaced (15 total). The old windows let the heat out in winter and the heat in in the summer. House was also subject to dust, drafts and noise due to old '50s era windows. After ordering new windows from American Vision Windows, I had a wait of about a month, as they were custom windows. The team that arrived to install them was polite, neat and very efficient. In less than 8 hours all the old ones were out, the new ones in. The crew kept things clean all along the way, and hauled away all the old windows. They made sure I understood care, cleaning and operation of the new windows, and left. The look, operation and efficiency of the new window are a 100% improvement over the old, and give my house a crisp, up-to-date look, as well as adding to the value. “We interviewed four window companies and found American Vision Windows, Inc., to be the most knowledgeable. Their price was competitive with the other window companies who quoted us for the same brand vinyl windows. We are very happy with the crew who installed our windows. They were professional, respectful (they even took their shoes off when inside the house because we do not wear them while inside) and very clean. They removed every window but one without any breakage; the one window they had to break to remove was installed in a very weird way so they could not get it out without breaking it. (they covered the floor before breaking it and vacuumed with a high-powered vacuum after they cleaned up the floor covering.) The job took three days as 55 windows were replaced. When they were done with the job each day they cleaned up after themselves and neatly stacked their materials out of the way. They were very non-intrusive and very conscientious! We highly recommend them!”

“Excellent experience. We did a lot of research before narrowing down our choices to American Vision Windows and another company. We visited the American Vision showroom in Anaheim. The sales rep answered about a gazillion questions and showed us the various windows for homes we could choose from. The showroom was great for us because we were able to examine the manufacturing quality (the 45 degree mitered corners are the big tip-off) and check the locks, railings and screens. We then went to another showroom, Home Depot and Lowe's and compared quality. The decision was easy - Anlin windows are far, far superior to anything else on the market. A consultant came to our home to measure and give us a quote. The price was exactly where we thought it should be. Also, the consultant was knowledgeable about the building code in our city and made sure we chose the correct window types to comply with the code. “I was having issues with my patio sliding door as it was not locking properly and the deadbolt holes were drilled wrong. American Vision Windows sent Jesus & Jimmy and after they had finished, I was not completely satisfied. They stayed and tried everything they could to satisfy my request. “Our installation was just completed yesterday, and I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the experience we've had with American Vision. Kurt Steinbeck was our sales consultant. He was on time for our appointment and boy, do I appreciate that. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the window styles, took his time without dragging the whole thing out and best of all, clearly differentiated the products without pushing the more expensive ones.
The pre-installation measurement [internal link to Ensure Installation question on FAQ page]to replace windows was also performed on time and the technician was done in about thirty minutes. Our installation was tentatively scheduled for mid to late July. On June 25th we received a call that our windows were in and the installation could be done this week. On the 27th two crews arrived on time (you guys are fantastic about promptness) and about nine hours later they were done - nine replacements and one new installation. Jesse and Octavio were the crew leaders. They were courteous and helpful in every way. The rest of the guys worked well as a team. At the end of the installation they cleaned up thoroughly.
Finally, after the installation I changed my mind about the billing and wanted to cancel the check and pay by credit card. It was after five and most of the office was gone. The young lady that took my call tried never the less and I got a call back early the next day. They took care of my request with no problem.”

“I'm writing to let you know how happy I am with my new Anlin windows and doors that were installed last December 18th. They are beautiful to look at and now my home is quiet and warm. I returned just before the windows were installed, and was surprised my last heating bill was significantly reduced over last year when I spent my weekdays in a company heated office.
I am most happy to report my new windows/doors paid for themselves this past week. An attempted robbery took place at my home on January 18th, but my new windows/doors did not allow the thieves entrance to my home. The investigating police officer (who also has these windows at his home) confirmed these windows/doors make it virtually impossible to gain entrance when they are properly locked. He also said he had occasion to break into a similar window in the line of duty, and it took four blows from his night stick to do so. “My wife and I bought a home in Santa Monica in March 2007. Between April 1st, 2007 and today we have remodeled every single room in the house. We even added a pool, big patio area and a hot tub in the back.
Of all of the vendors and service people that we have dealt with, and there have been a dozen or so, American Vision Windows was our favorite.
Our salesperson, Don Metz, was a terrific guy. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and not "pushy" in any way, shape or form. He was invaluable when helping us choose and plan our windows, and left you with the feeling "I could go have a beer with that guy." The day our windows were to be installed, I waited for "the call."
I mean the call we got from virtually everyone else we dealt with:
'Our driver had an out-of-body experience last night so he won't be able to deliver the goods today." "Your goods are here, but we can't do the installation until next Thursday.'
'I just wanted to let you know that we don't remove the 200 pounds of cardboard or the pallets our goods came on. You'll have to deal with it yourself.'
That kind of call never came from American Windows. I went home on the day the windows were to be installed, and there they were. Installed. Perfect. Clean.
There was no waste or debris. Even the contractor who was working at our house said how great they looked and what a professional job the installers did.
We received a follow up call to ask us if everything had gone smoothly. It was everything I could do not to cry. Well, not really, but it was a really great feeling all around.
Service like this is far too rare today, and it's fantastic that someone out there still offers it. We are going to buy more windows for our house, and we will use American Vision Windows. Additionally, I will recommend you to anyone I know who is in the market for windows.
