We had a very good experience with American Vision Windows. From the time we accepted the quote from Craig, who did an excellent sale presentation. We were able handle all the hardware that made up these doors and were sold on the high quality of the product.It took a short 6 or 7 weeks for installation. The 2 gentleman who installed our sliding glass door and patio door explained the process to use, covered the floor and cleaned up after the job. A few hours after the installation was completed Grace from American Vision Windows called asking if the job was completed to our satisfaction and told me to call if we had any further questions or concerns. We had 2 old aluminium windows that were janky to close and needed replacement. Craig came out to provide an estimate and he was very courteous and down to earth, and took the time to understand our needs. We liked the price and booked it in. Our windows were ready 1 month later, quicker than expected. Henry and Edgar came out to install our new windows and were very professional, fast and did a good job, and took care to leave the areas clean (cleaner than they found it even). Craig came to our home today to explain the type of sliding glass doors American Vision could install. He is a professional who knows his product well including what is included in construction of their windows that benefits the owner. Craig explained the glass door comes with a lifetime warranty and easily answered every concern we had. We are thrilled screen doors are included in the price. We are confident of his knowledge of the process needed for a permit in Mission Viejo and that his company would see all paperwork is submitted in a timely manner. We have been searching for window replacements for quite some time. My wife and I researched Anlin Del Mar series and found out very few distributors carry this line - it requires extra special certified installers. Thats where American Vision Windows comes in. We had buds from 3 companies. We went with Craig (our sales rep) as they were super responsive and Craig really knew his product. I had done some research and the windows they offered us were the high end Anlin. Their pricing was about the same as another company's quote us for much lower end windows. Sergio's installation team came right on time for installation and everything was done professionally. We are glad we chose American Vision Windows.

American Vision Windows did a great job when we replaced half of our windows and sliding doors 4 years ago, last year had an issue with 2 of them, called them and a few days later someone came and fixed the issues no questions asked. Now we are getting the rest of the house done And Craig came out and worked with us to get a price we felt comfortable with.
