Great customer service, would highly recommend David Emmenhiser in Sales. We needed to replace three arch-shaped kitchen windows. David presented us with various options to consider which made the decision-making process less overwhelming given some design challenges we faced in our kitchen. From installation to final sign off, David was our point of contact who remained available and helpful during the entire process. He was very professional, considerate and positive the entire process -- he even returned after the window project was complete and helped with the paint touch ups!! All I have to say is , what took me so long? I wish I did the windows years ago. We had 25 windows installed . They are beautiful and the install crew were awesome and considerate. David the salesman was awesome too. Great customer service . I would differently recommend this company. This is how a company should be ran.

Every point of contact, from our first inquiring call to the company (the receptionist was very pleasant), our initial & all follow-up meetings with our sales representative, David Emenhiser(David was well informed and helped us understand the comparison between varying window manufacturers) to our installation crew (who arrived on time, completed their work hours before we thought they would, cleaned all the windows, explained how they are functioned, walked us through each window inspection and cleaned up so well you'd hardly know anyone was even at the house working for hours).

Each window was customized perfectly to our exact specifications. Even the windows we had added to two interior walls came out beautifully. The windows we had added to our exterior walls, were place so well, you'd swear the house was built with those windows in place.

American Vision Windows company's customer service is impeccable! Their pricing is fair for the product they deliver, and very importantly for us, they will expand original window size, reduce original window size and add new windows. This latter point is very important as most window companies will only replace windows in the existing frame without any modification.
