Rod Troyer is a 26 year veteran of the window industry along with owning his own window company for 15 years in the pacific northwest. His company from 2002-2010 was the fifth largest window company in the Northwest according to Qualified Remodeler Magazine. Mr Troyer has been with American Vision windows in Mesa, AZ for the last 8 years and has assisted over 1600 customers since then. He enjoys meeting the needs of his customers with his experience and American Visions wide range of products to choose from. Outside of work he enjoys family time with his family and enjoys golf and tennis and time with his 3 grandchildren. He loves working with Bill and Kathleen and American Vision Windows and looks forward to helping the company continue to grow.

After receiving 3 or 4 window quotes I decided to purchase my windows from American Vision. Rod did an amazing job on explaining everything and made me feel good about the purchase without the pressure. The technician used to measure our windows was also great and personable. Everyone I worked with was polite and kind. The crew that installed our windows showed up on time and were very courteous. Eric was there from start to finish and made sure everything was in working order prior to leaving. He showed me how everything works and went through all of the paperwork. They never once rushed me. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Working with Rod at American Vision Windows was an excellent experience. He gave us an awesome price for quality windows. I researched several other window companies and AVW offered the best deal.

The day of installation (9/11/2020), Victor, Hector, Julian, Matthew, Jacob and Kobe were polite, super professional and courteous of our home; even asking permission to use the bathroom! These guys worked their tooshies off to install SIXTEEN brand-new windows, arriving on time (6am) and getting everything perfectly finished and cleaned up by 2:30p! They were extremely careful to place drop cloths and protective plastic tarps over floors and furniture.

I'm so happy to have found this company! We needed a new back sliding glass patio door. The old one was really old and needed to be replaced. They sent “Rod” the salesman over and he got us all set up. He offered options, explained everything thoroughly, was not pushy in the least bit. Nice guy. Put down a deposit and placed the order.
Of course there was a bit of time we had to wait to get the door, but that's everywhere post-COVID. Not their (or any business's) fault. No big deal, it was fine. The wait was just as Rod said. No problem.
Then the door came in, they had the two installers come out. “Jullien” & “Colby” installed it. Nice guys, really great work. Highly skilled, very talented guys. These two guys got the door installed and it's absolutely perfect. Jullien is the man! The door is great and we are very happy with American Vision and all the ppl from the company.
