This is our second time around with AVW! Last time was about 18 years ago, not long after we moved in to our home. We left a sliding door and two windows alone at that time because the previous owners hadn't long before replaced those.

But now it was time to replace said door and windows. Steve came out to assess costs and gave us a quote we couldn't refuse. Overall good experience from beginning to end. Shout out to Ski who worked with us on our order. We were given a estimated time frame of 6-8 weeks and to our surprise the windows came must earlier. We had 23 windows installed on Monday 5/22/23. 3 trucks, 6 guys arrived, early actually and didn't waste any time getting started. Overall they were very efficient, and there were no issues with product or measurements. We had one tricky window and it came out better than expected. Cory did a great job especially on that one! We thought they would be here all day but we were surprised at how quickly they completed the install.
The rest of guys deserve a shout out as they all played a part in making this a good experience and believe me we are a tough crowd to please!!!
The only negative is they could have covered the floors as soon as they came into the house so that is the only thing I would suggest is paid closer attention to, luckily we had no issues as a result.
We are very pleased with the look of our new windows.

I am very pleased with my recent purchase from AVW. Steve, my initial estimator, arrived right on time, promptly took care of business, and provided me with my estimate. Juan was next to visit to perform a follow up measurement and he was also on time and completed his task in short order. My Anlin windows were actually ready early, so AVW contacted me and we scheduled an install date and time. Just like my two previous appointments, the installers were right on time.
