Tim Hess

Tim joined the AVW family 5 years ago after serving various roles in the window industry for over 20 years. His experience includes service/repair, manufacturing, and installation of windows and doors, as well as a career as a Building Inspector for the City of Los Angeles. He has been credentialed as both a Building Inspector, and Property Maintenance & Housing Inspector. Tim has received awards for Excellence in Production, Outstanding Customer Service, and multiple commendations from the City of LA.

Tim’s favorite thing about working at AVW is the opportunity to help people achieve their home improvement goals, by educating customers with all of the information they’ll need to make an informed choice. He also loves the family aspect of the company, and the owners’ commitment to running the company with honesty and integrity.

Tim and his wife, Stacie, are the proud parents of three teenage children. When not busy at work, Tim enjoys sports, serving in his church, and considers himself a wanna-be singer/songwriter.
