Tim Hess American Vision Windows Project Manager

Tim joined the AVW family nearly 10 years ago after serving various roles in the window industry for over 20 years. His experience includes service/repair, manufacturing, and installation of windows and doors, as well as a career as a Building Inspector for the City of Los Angeles. He has been credentialed as both a Building Inspector, and Property Maintenance & Housing Inspector. Tim has received awards for Excellence in Production, Outstanding Customer Service, and multiple commendations from the City of LA.

Tim’s favorite thing about working at AVW is the opportunity to help people achieve their home improvement goals, by educating customers with all of the information they’ll need to make an informed choice. He also loves the family aspect of the company, and the owners’ commitment to running the company with honesty and integrity.

Tim and his wife, Stacie, are the proud parents of three children, and loving grandparents to the two most amazing little kids in the world! When not busy at work, Tim enjoys sports, serving in his church, and considers himself a wanna-be singer/songwriter.

Full home window and door replacement. The work was done very well - over a 3 day install and a couple of follow up visits to complete remaining work. Tim Hess was my salesperson - but was more than that - helping me coordinate all visits etc. Installers including Henry, Jessie and others were detailed and super helpful in ensuring everything was done to my satisfaction.

The installers did a fine, clean job, and the house has a cleaner look. I would like to mention my crew: Tim was the project mgr/sales; the crew that installed were Jairo Flores, J Serrano, Mauricio, Emidio, Gabriel (the foreman), C Llamas, Lalo, Ricardo, Roberto, and Luis Magaña. Good job, men! The put up plastic to protect furniture, and put down Ram-board and tarps to protect my floors. A very professional job on all fronts.
