Amanda Rodriguez is an exceptional Project Manager with American Vision Windows. With 18 years of experience in customer service, Amanda is known for her attention to detail, quality workmanship, and excellent communication, as well as her cheerful and patient demeaner. She takes pride in her work and ensures that her clients' needs are cared for.

Prior to starting at American Vision Windows in 2019, Amanda wanted to leave the retail space where she consistently felt that the large corporation she worked for was letting their customers down. This drove her to partner with a company that shared her values for customer care, ultimately leading her to American Vision Windows. Amanda is passionate about educating her customers in the WHY of upgrading their windows, so that they can choose the window and company that is going to be the best fit for their needs.

Amanda thrives on details and artistic vision. Her favorite projects involve restoring historic windows to new glory, re-positioning or re-sizing windows to transform a space, and elevating the safety and energy efficiency with retro-fit windows on neighborhood homes.

In her free time, Amanda can usually be found reading books, hanging out with friends and family, or travelling somewhere new.

We just ordered two windows to be installed on our house, and the experience was excellent. Our rep Amanda has been very responsive. The two techs, Christian and Richard, that came to do final measurements and contract were very friendly and helpful. They took their time guiding us through the process of installation, asking about our preferences on location and orientation, and thoroughly answered any questions we had. So far so good. Now we just wait for the install.

We had American Vision windows replace a small bathroom window and a small family room window today. The service was excellent- from Amanda, the project manager, who came to our home to show us their high quality products. She gave us good ideas without any hard sell. The windows took a couple of months to be manufactured, but they look great! Jose V. & Jayson, their installers, came today. They were professional, clean, pleasant, and quickly took care of the project in just a couple of hours. We are very pleased with all aspects of American Vision Windows.

Amanda was SO patient and thorough in explaining everything about the window options to my 90 year old mother - even helping her choose the best handles for her arthritic hands! The installation crew was awesome. They came on time; there were at least two guys for each sliding door all working simultaneously so the project was completed much quicker than seemed possible. The team was meticulous in adjusting the frames to fit into the original, 1962, slots. As one team finished, the members were quick to help with the other sliders and do a thorough job of cleaning up. Many thanks to Martín, Jayson, Aaron, Caleb, Jose, Emidio & Eduardo for their professionalism. My mother loves her new windows!
