While in-home estimates help ensure you have the best outcome, we do offer virtual consultations when it’s not possible to connect in person.
Once you’ve made your selection, we write your work order and schedule your final measurement appointment.
During this appointment, a specialist comes to your home to confirm your choices, measurements, hardware, and all that needs to happen for a successful installation. Our intent is to clarify expectations and prevent any miscommunication or mix-up. You sign off, and we order your products from the manufacturer.
It can take a few weeks for manufacturers to complete your product, particularly in light of pandemic procedures. You may not hear from us during this time, but rest assured we’re keeping a watchful eye on your order. We’ll schedule your install as soon as your materials are ready.
It’s installation day! Our technicians are trained to work quickly and systematically to deliver a perfect install. Some installations can be loud and messy, but we’ll leave your home as clean as we found it. We’ll also continue to follow safety measures, including protective gear and social distancing.
Our commitment to top-notch service doesn’t end with installation! Our in-house service team is eager to assist you with any issues that arise with your product, installation, or manufacturer. We prioritize your satisfaction and work hard to ensure you have a “wow” experience, even after we’re gone.
