Bettye Farar is a project manager with American Vision Windows and has been with the company for nearly 5 years. She was born and raised in Southern California. She is a graduate of USC, and taught elementary school in Los Angeles before becoming a journalist for the Desert Sun Newspaper in the Coachella Valley. She came to San Diego and enjoyed 22 years as a home improvement contractor. She has one son and one grandson, and is very proud of both. After a brief retirement, she was introduced to Alex, the manager of the San Diego American Vision Windows office. She fully appreciates the company’s systems, policies, team spirit, and the way they treat their customers and employees with the utmost respect and caring. In her off time she enjoys tending to her orchard of 16 fruit trees, going to the gym, walking 5 miles or so at a time a couple of times per week, and visiting her desert get away home in La Quinta. She looks forward to pleasing many more future customers as she has in the past by helping with their window choices from design to the comfortable experience of install, and the enjoyment the completed project brings them.
