Clearly (pun intended), American Vision Windows came through just as promised - amazing products and expert installation. We have waited to change out 16 windows and 3 8-foot sliders due to life's expenses getting first pick on our budget. With all of that said, I only wish we could have upgraded our original windows and doors sooner. These new Del Mar Luxury windows and doors are elegant and very high quality. We received four bids and did not choose the highest or lowest. We chose the best bid to ensure the desired results. AVW exceeded our expectations. The insulation features, sound barrier, and UV light protection are truly amazing. When I give positive reviews, I am sure to include the individuals or team members who definitely deserve recognition. These folks did not know why I asked for their names, but I do hope that their employer thanks them as I did. Cybill came over for a consultation. She said it would be more cost-effective to change the hardware on my existing (good-quality) windows instead of buying all new windows. She even made a few phone calls to help me figure out how to make this happen, thus potentially losing a sale. HOW OFTEN DOES THIS HAPPEN THESE DAYS?? Almost never. I'm not sure if I'll have to end up buying new windows, but if I do, I'm definitely using this company. (And, will follow up with another review.) Thank you for the excellent service.

At first I was astounded by the quote for my window replacement but after checking other bids I found it was the best one by far. I figured the supply chain issues and inflation had affected this industry too. Thanks Biden. With that said the product was delivered and earlier than projected. The installation by was excellent and professional. I’m very happy with everyone starting with Don, Cybill, and the office support staff to the installers – Martin, Ricardo M. and Diego. I give everyone the highest recommendation!

I had three estimates and American Vision Windows was the only company who gave me a written estimate and a product brochure. Btw they had the best price too. Cybill was very knowledgeable and helpful in the initial meeting. I am so pleased with the whole process from start to finish. I was referred to American Vision Windows by a friend and I was incredibly pleased with my experience. I set up an appointment and Cybill came over for the initial consultation. I knew that! needed new windows, but I really had no idea what I was looking for. Cybill understood my situation and answered all of my questions (even gave me some answers to questions that I didn't think to ask). She recognized that I had a budget, but I wanted to get the maximum value out of my investment. Her patience was top-class and I couldn't say thank you enough for her help. After I ultimately made my selection, the professionalism of the installation was a continuation of the sales process. I am thoroughly pleased by my decision to use this company and even more pleased that Cybill was the sales representative that was sent over. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy new windows or upgrade their house.

We are repeat customers due to quality work and an excellent team. Cybill walked us through the quote process of getting a new entrance door and she made it very easy for us to understand and answered our questions thoroughly. Christian came out to do the measurements and was extremely professional and friendly. He helped us sort out a couple of issues around our specific project and got us back on track. Christian was easy to work with and I look forward to the install. A couple of years ago we had several windows replaced. Christian did the quoting for that job too and we had a seem less experience from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about this company.
