As the son of AVW founders Bill and Kathleen, Josh has spent most of his life immersed in the window industry. He’s seen first hand the impact that new windows can have on a home, and more than that, he knows the value of top of the line customer service. Josh wants to make every customer feel like family, and he carries that warmth into every single home he enters. He seeks to build relationships with everyone he meets, knowing that trust is far more important than pressure. Whatever stage of the home improvement journey you're in, Josh is an open book; ready to build knowledge with you, and continue his families legacy to help you every step of the way.
When he isn't working, Josh loves spending time with his wife Erica, or making music and playing shows with his band Galaxy Shores. He also enjoys acting, as well as watching football and basketball.
