Just had our windows replaced by American Vision located in Orange CA. Our project manager,Peter Stein, came to our home and provided information regarding their product lines. After listening and doing some research we decided to purchase the Anlin line of windows. We were very happy to work with Peter Stein in deciding on our new windows and doors. He was patient and helpful and made the process seamless. Robert at the Orange store also kindly spent time answering our questions when we popped in without an appointment. We would also like to thank the installers, Vince and Andrew, as well as Pascual and Primotivo, for working hard to get the windows and doors done in a timely manner, and finishing up with the stucco work. We also appreciate all the work that Jesse and Jose did in coming up with the design and installation of our new dog door. Thanks, also, to John Paul for the ease of scheduling. While during installation some issues arose as to the finish, they were addressed right away not only by Vince, but by follow-up calls from Peter and others. We replaced three original old windows as part of a master bath remodel. Even though our bathroom contractor offered this service, we decided to sub out this job to a company that specializes in windows. After a fair amount of internet searches, we finally settled on American Vision Windows (AVW) of Orange. Best decision ever! Our sales representative - Peter Stein - was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining our various options. He was timely and followed up with communication without being “pushy.” After we signed the contract, it did take about 10 weeks for the windows to be ready for installation. But we were told it would take this amount of time and didn't mind the wait. Henry and Joey provided the installation services. They were prompt to arrive at the allotted time and conducted themselves most professionally. They completed the install in less than a couple hours and cleaned the area thoroughly after the job was done. They also walked us through how each window worked and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the end result. That didn't take too much persuasion, however, as my wife and I are so pleased with how our new AVW windows look and operate. We will definitely use them again for our future window needs.
