Before moving to California, he spent three years in Florida selling windows, where he developed a solid foundation in customer relations, project coordination, and sales strategy. As a project manager, Ashton focuses on efficiency, quality, and clear communication from start to finish. Outside of work he enjoys the outdoors, including dirt biking, camping, and playing ice hockey.
